Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your Loom account.
- Locate the Spaces section on the left sidebar of the dashboard.
- Access the default All Company Space, which is visible to all members of the organization.
- Within a space, create folders to categorize videos by topic, meeting, or team needs.
- For recurring events (e.g., monthly all-hands), upload recordings into designated folders for easy access.
- If on an enterprise plan, link your Zoom account to Loom to automatically import recordings.
- To create a new space, click the Create Space button, name the space, and set permissions (Open or Closed).
- Use Open Spaces for org-wide visibility and Closed Spaces for private or project-based groups.
- Create department-specific spaces (e.g., Marketing, Finance) and populate them with categorized folders.
